We are seeking to recruit an Accounts & Office Administrator to work full time in the Dublin office to help grow and sustain relationships with our partner businesses, volunteers, and schools.

The position will involve:

• Provide accounts assistance to the Financial Accountant with the administration of procurement procedures, match and record purchase invoices, issue membership invoices & payment acknowledgments, verification of staff expense claims, update Sage 50 accounting system, prepare monthly payment run, bank reconciliations, maintain fixed asset register and other accounting tasks.

• Stock & programme materials management.

• Work with the education team and the training function to assist with programme materials preparation and distribution to students, teachers, and volunteers.

• Assist education team with the coordination of programme evaluations by disseminating forms, data collection and data entry, and contributing to the analysis of surveys including feedback from students, teachers, and volunteers.

• Reception & general office administration duties.

Previous experience in a similar role including accounting/ bookkeeping experience would be advantageous and the successful candidate will be required to:

• Manage priorities and multitask where necessary.
• Engage with colleagues to meet deadlines and work as a team player.
• Have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook and a willingness to acquire new skills and adopt new IT practices where relevant.
