Paddy is a senior partner in the Corporate M&A Group in Matheson, where he has worked for more than 25 years since joining the firm in 1994. Patrick acts for a large range of international companies doing business in and from Ireland, and specialises in particular in public and private company M&A, private equity transactions, equity fundraisings, reorganisations and refinancings. Paddy has been ranked for many years by internationally recognised publications in the top tier of corporate M&A lawyers in Ireland, and he regularly contributes articles to leading international legal publications on corporate and M&A legal issues.
As well as being on the board of Junior Achievement Ireland, Patrick is a Council Member and a director of Dublin Chamber, and is a trustee of Dublin University Football Club. He lives in Malahide with his wife and two children.
