HR Business Partner – EMEA Global Functions, MetLife
Olive is an experienced International HR practitioner, having worked with several multinational companies across a variety of industries and countries.
She joined MetLife in 2017 to assist in the opening and growth of their Global Technology Campus and progressed to Head of HR, MetLife Ireland in 2021. In 2022 she has taken on an expanded regional role of HR Business Partner for the EMEA Global Functions across 20 countries.
Prior to joining MetLife Olive spent time practicing HR within the Asia Pacific region spanning from New Zealand, the South Pacific and China. In more recent years Olive has worked within the Medical Device industry for Depuy Synthes in Cork and Medtronic in Galway.
Olive graduated from Munster Technological University with a Bachelor in Business Studies, majoring in Marketing and a Masters in Strategic Management & Planning from the UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School. She also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
