Caroline joined Junior Achievement for the Mid-West Region in 2016. Caroline has a Post Graduate Diploma in Partnership Studies from University of Limerick and was previously employed as a Parent Support Manager with Tusla and Croom Family Resource Centre. Previous to that Caroline worked in Dell Technologies in Limerick as a Material Forecast Analyst. Caroline was inspired to join JAI after volunteering to teach a primary school programme. She enjoys working the volunteers from each of her supporting organisations and has a strong relationship with schools in Limerick, Clare and Tipperary.
