Ailsa joined Junior Achievement in early 2022 as Programme Coordinator for the Dublin Region. Ailsa started her career in market research before she qualified as a secondary school teacher.  She worked in London for three years, then lived in Colombia for 5 years where she taught in international schools, and in 2018 moved to Ireland.

Ailsa has always been passionate about life-long learning and entrepreneurship skills, and this led to a transition to work in the start-up environment designing and delivering game-based training here in Dublin. Her desire to return to a role where she could have a direct impact empowering young people to achieve their potential led her to JAI.

Ailsa holds a BA in Spanish and Portuguese, a PGCE, a Masters in Leadership and is an Associate Member of the CIPD, having recently completed her Level 5 Certificate in Learning & Development.
