Junior Achievement Career Talks with Regeneron

Well done to 20 employees from Regeneron who came out in force since early May to deliver Junior Achievement Career Talks, partake in Career Fairs and to facilitate STEAM workshops in schools. In a short period of time, these fantastic role models reached over 600 students and 12 schools! Each volunteer had an important story to tell about their education, their career, working in STEAM, and gave nuggets of advice to students during their JA Inspires Career Talk and Career Fairs in secondary schools.
Primary School students, particularly 6th class students, got a flavour of working in a STEAM job, what a typical day is like in Regeneron and were encouraged to value their education as they progress into secondary school. Teachers commented on how valuable it is for students to hear about the different education/career routes and how many do not take the straightforward path! Thank you to all the volunteers and Regeneron who have inspired the next generation.
