Aisling is Junior Achievement Ireland’s Operations Manager since 2019 and has worked for the organisation since 2009. Aisling worked in HR for several years following her graduation from National College of Ireland with a BA (Hons) in Human Resources. Aisling taught a number of programmes as a volunteer with her previous employer before joining the JA Team as Programme Coordinator and subsequently Dublin Area Manager before moving on to become Operations Manager.
