HELEN RAFTERY - CEO

HELEN JA H-S web shot

Helen joined the Junior Achievement team in 2012 having had the chance to teach at primary, secondary and third level and to work across the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Working with the board of directors and an experienced senior management team, Helen's role is to ensure JAI continues to provide quality learning opportunities for programme participants and the standard of service expected by all of JAI's supporters, sponsors, patrons, volunteers and schools.

  

ANN BUTLER - DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT 

Ann ButlerA graduate of UCD with a BA (Hons) in History and Politics, she has also gained Diplomas in Marketing and PR. She joined Junior Achievement in 1999 having been a business volunteer while working in 3M Ireland.  Ann is committed to ensuring that all JA programmes are delivered to the highest standard, that volunteers are fully supported resulting in each student having a meaningful experience.

 

LISA MCKITTRICK - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

In keeping with the organisation’s core values and as a Chartered Management Accountant, Lisa is committed to ensuring full transparency and accountability so that resources raised, invested and controlled by JA are effectively deployed in achieving the organisation's twin aims, encouraging students to complete their education and realise their full potential.

 

CLODAGH DUNLEAVY - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Clodagh DunleavyClodagh is Director of Operations and has been with Junior Achievement since 2007. She previously worked with PwC and has several years’ experience in the Financial Services sector. Clodagh is a certified Project Management Professional and a graduate of the University of Limerick in European Studies and Grad. Diploma in Business Administration.  She was inspired to join JA after volunteering to teach a number of primary programmes.
